Sunsaria aka "Sun" Reed is the author of e-book "Boss Up" and a seasoned serial entrepreneur with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a wealth of knowledge and experience across diverse industries. With a strong foundation in developing and implementing training solutions for performance enhancement, Sun has dedicated years to empowering individuals and organizations alike. Notably, she led a life skills program for at-risk teenage mothers through Spectrum Family Services, one of Michigan's largest organizations, demonstrating her commitment to community impact.
In addition to her extensive training background, Sun founded Logical Source Consulting in 2012 and has since redefined its initiative to focus on small business growth. As a former real estate investor, Sun provided housing to low-income families. She has produced and hosted various television and radio shows to enlighten her community to embrace challenges and how to overcome them. She was also a vendor for the State of Michigan where she was awarded over a eight year contract to provide environmental services. She is deeply passionate about supporting local communities and uplifting small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Her engaging speaking style and ability to inspire audiences with transparency have made her a sought-after speaker, in helping groups and individuals unlock their potential and embark on their paths to success.
Sun's consulting career was launched after her tenure on the board as a Women's Commissioner and her candidacy for local office, where she aimed to advocate for others. Through her consulting services, she focuses on refining business models and practices, particularly for startups.
Sun ventures include consulting services, customer service training, facilitating, assisting families in need, owning a restaurant and retail brands, and founding an online dating platform. She finds joy in faith, fashion, fine dining, and encouraging others.
Sun's diverse roles reflect her unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for others to thrive. Motivated by passion, persistence, and perseverance, she continues to strive to make a difference.

The “Boss Up” program has jump-started the process of equipping my students with the basic entrepreneurial concepts, language and understanding, example scenarios, and methods in which to brainstorm their ideas. My students this year are focused on learning about leadership skills, and one of the primary methods of learning about leadership has been through entrepreneurship and creating new and innovative ideas. When my students completed their sessions of the program, they were able to transform their ideas into actionable plans, backed by market research and data, and understand the finances involved with getting started. I’m also really excited about the improvement in the students' self-confidence, their ability to manage their time and projects, and their ability to share their ideas with others!

I have attended many events in support of Sunsaria, one of my most memorable events that I attended, she used a unique illustration to stimulate the impact of her speech. The topic was entitled "Position for the Purpose of Possession" it encouraged attendees in leadership positions to get in a place to receive. She used a football play where the quarterback would spot a wide receiver or fullback. The attendees, as well as myself, was very much engaged and enjoyed the interactive illustration. As a Pastor, I held on to that message and it inspired me to pursue my Vision to broadcast on radio by hosting my own show with the support of Sunsaria utilizing her producing skills.
